Key Features of our Wood Dryers Technology
1. Drying Chambers (Kilns)
Our drying systems, provided by Baschild, use specialized kilns designed to dry wood in controlled environments.
These chambers are equipped with sensors, ventilation systems, and heating elements to regulate temperature, humidity, and airflow, which are critical for precise drying.
The drying chambers are fully automated, allowing the process to be controlled remotely and monitored through digital interfaces.
2. Drying Process
Heat Application: Heat, provided by neighbouring Power Plant, is applied in the drying chamber, raising the wood’s temperature and causing moisture to evaporate from within the wood cells. This reduces the moisture content of the wood to the desired level (typically 6-20%, depending on the use).
Air Circulation: Dryer use forced-air circulation systems that ensure uniform heat distribution and moisture removal across all wood pieces. Fans inside the kilns ensure that no part of the wood is over- or under-dried.
Humidity Control: The drying process involves removing moisture from the air in the chamber. Dehumidifiers and exhaust systems are used to control the humidity level within the kiln to prevent defects like cracking, warping, or over-drying of the wood.
3. Energy Efficiency
Our wood dryers focus on energy-efficient drying technology as we use Heat produced by nearby power plant, where heat is produced using wood waste and other biomass fuels, further improving the sustainability of the process.
4. Drying Phases
Slow, controlled drying is essential to avoid internal stress in the wood, preventing defects like splitting, cracking, or distortion.
5. Automation and Smart Controls
These automated systems ensure precise drying and reduce the need for constant manual intervention, improving consistency and overall wood quality.
6. Sustainability
By reducing energy consumption, using heat from nearby CHP Power Plant, installing Solar Panels and maximizing drying efficiency, our system will contribute to reducing CO2 emissions associated with wood processing.
7. Applications
Biomass Fuel Production: Drying wood for use in domestic stoves, where lower moisture content increases combustion efficiency and reduces emissions.
Woodworking and Joinery: Ensuring wood used for cabinetry, doors, and windows is properly dried to prevent later warping or cracking.
Advantages of our Wood Dryers
- Precision Drying: Ensures consistent quality across all wood pieces, with fine control over moisture content.
- Energy Efficiency: Heat recovery and biomass-powered options reduce operational costs.
- Fast Drying Times: Vacuum and advanced drying technologies can significantly reduce drying time compared to traditional air drying.
- Automated Control: Reduces human error and increases operational efficiency with real-time monitoring and adjustment.
- Environmental Benefits: Sustainable energy options and reduced emissions contribute to greener wood processing.
- Implemented logistic: Our well-trained team manage drying and loading process with high efficiency and accuracy, minimizing waiting periods for transport or idle time of the driers.

Professional grade wood steaming services
Beside driers we are also utilizing wood steamer technology which is an efficient and eco-friendly method for softening wood to make it flexible for bending into various shapes. It is widely used in woodworking, boat building, and furniture making, and involves a combination of heat, moisture, and pressure control to achieve the desired results. Our steamer are utilizing heat from nearby CHP Power Plant, adding value to our sustainability and efficiency goals
